Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an appointment shoulod be made no later than 24 hours notice. If this is not done a fee of 50% of the session will be charge.

A 'no show' fee of 100% of the cost of the session is applicable if a client fails to turn up without any prior notification of cancellation within the time frame stipulated above. Re-booking the appointment would be at the therapsists discretion.

Discretion will be used in certain circumstances such as personal emergencies etc..
